W. Sean McLaughlin
Vice President
Sean McLaughlin oversees Cadmus’ Homeland Security Sector. He has over 15 years of experience supporting the development, execution, and evaluation of homeland security and emergency management programs. In particular, Sean has extensive experience assessing and improving national, state, and local preparedness and has led multiple initiatives to evaluate major homeland security programs, exercises, and real-world events.
Before joining Cadmus, Sean was a Senior Managing Consultant at Public Financial Management (PFM), where he provided analytical support to federal, state, and local government clients. Prior to that, he served in a variety of senior roles supporting homeland security and emergency management clients at DFI Government Services/Detica.
Sean is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. At Georgetown, Sean was a Fulbright-Hays Scholar, studying advanced Arabic at Yarmouk University in Irbid, Jordan. Sean is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
