Stefanie Campbell
Senior Associate
Stefanie Campbell supports utility clients and energy sector companies in a project management role. She oversees Cadmus staff in the execution of tasks such as residential and commercial and industrial program design, evaluation planning, impact and process evaluations, net-to-gross analyses, report writing, and stakeholder communications. She consults with clients on expanding product and program development capabilities, including facilitating working sessions, conducting gap analyses, and managing pilot program support activities.
Prior to joining Cadmus, Stefanie led the AES Ohio (formerly Dayton Power & Light) energy efficiency portfolio, including program planning, design, implementation, compliance reporting, stakeholder management, and profit and loss responsibility. Stefanie has more than 25 years of experience in project engineering and project management in customer programs, alternative fuels, electric power generation, metallurgical coke production, oil refining, and commercial building construction.
Stefanie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Northwestern University. She is both a professional engineer in the State of Ohio and a Certified Energy Manager.
