Scott Teper

Scott Teper oversees Cadmus’s Health Security Business Area. He has over 15 years of experience in Public Health Preparedness, Health Security, Disease Surveillance, Infrastructure Protection, and Citizen Readiness.

Since 2014, Scott has worked at the Cadmus Group as a Senior Associate. For much of his tenure, Scott served as the Program Manager for Cadmus’s support to the Department of Homeland Security’s Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD). In this capacity, he oversaw projects focused on global disease surveillance, preparedness for chemical incidents, trainings and exercises, and national strategies related to biodefense. He also serves as a public health subject matter expert on other Cadmus projects including medical countermeasure distribution and biosurveillance for water contamination.

Scott holds a master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in the Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases from Yale University’s School of Public Health. He also holds a degree in the Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago.
