Ryan Bodanyi
Senior Associate
Ryan Bodanyi works in sustainability and resilience where he focuses on the intersection of climate change, stakeholder engagement, and data analytics. He brings two decades of cross-cutting expertise in environmental policy, with a strong background in equity and environmental justice.
Prior to Cadmus, he worked for CivicWell and the Center for Sustainable Energy, using his skills in data analytics and visualization to design and conduct program evaluations, impact analyses, and market projections related to clean transportation and local climate policy. Ryan started his career as an organizer, honing his facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills as he built campaigns for the National Wildlife Federation, Clean Water Action, and the Clean Air Task Force.
Ryan holds doctoral and master’s degrees in public policy and management from the University of Washington, where he researched the greenhouse gas mitigation policies of U.S. cities and counties. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental public policy from the University of Michigan, and a certification in project management (PMP).
