Michelle Young

Michelle Young supports federal and state agencies, and water systems with the implementation of the Safe Drinking Water Act programs and regulations. Michelle also supports the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s drinking water grants program as the agency works to implement new water system grants. She has over 30 years of experience providing policy analysis, training development and delivery, communication and outreach, and project management support. Michelle is an expert in the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations and determining the needs of state drinking water programs to effectively implement their program.

Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in history and business administration and holds several certificates for in-person, online virtual, and self-paced training development and delivery.
