Matt Gilchrist
Senior Associate
Matt Gilchrist supports Cadmus’ homeland security service area. He oversees multiple projects to help federal clients define operational processes and improve program/service delivery, manages multiple multi-million-dollar contracts, and has over a decade of policy analysis and project management experience. During his time at Cadmus, Matt has led teams supporting a range of operational and preparedness projects for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), including development of FEMA and national-level doctrine, implementation of organizational change and lessons-learned initiatives, and development of innovative disaster recovery pilot programs and initiatives.
Prior to joining Cadmus, Matt began his career as a political communications analyst. He holds a master’s degree in middle east studies from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington. He is a certified Project Management Professional.
