Marisa Sanchez, Ph.D., has over 25 years of experience in organization development and change management. Her practice areas include strategy and execution, change leadership, organization design, culture change, leadership coaching, team effectiveness, and facilitation. With strong technology experience, she offers expertise in organization adoption of new technologies and organization design of effective information technology (IT) organizations.
In the public sector, Marisa consulted to key directorates within the U.S. Departments of Army, Health and Human Services, Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Homeland Security. Prior to consulting in the public sector, Marisa served as Principal at CGI. For 14 years, she led projects consulting to large private firms such as AT&T, Australia-New Zealand Bank, Bell South, IBM, PennCorp Financial Group, Protective Life, and Security First Network Bank.
Marisa earned her doctorate in human and organization systems from Fielding Graduate University, MBA from Georgetown University, and bachelor’s in computer science from Duke University. Marisa has served as past board chair of the Organization Development Network, and is a member in the MidAtlantic Facilitators Network, Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network, and Women in Technology. Marisa serves as a volunteer community mediator with the Community Mediation Center of Calvert County, MD.
