Loretta Rogers Cooper

Loretta Rogers Cooper is on a mission to help leaders develop workplaces where humans can thrive, create bold new solutions to persistent challenges, develop extraordinary competence and create effective and cohesive collaborative environments. A trusted advisor and team coach to successful leaders with nearly 30 years of experience engaging federal agencies and associations, Loretta develops data-based strategies for high visibility change initiatives. Her work focuses on helping leaders and teams build greater capacity for effective results—clarifying purposes, norms, strategies, and skill building. Loretta leads Cadmus’ workforce transformation practice to ensure we apply lessons learned to support our clients across government.  

Loretta brings commitment to excellence to her federal and corporate clients. A senior level professional, she leverages curiosity and savvy problem solving to explore cultural and systemic challenges in organization. Working with leaders at all levels of an organization Loretta facilitates meaningful dialogue that leads to strong diagnostic approaches to change management.  

A former National Affairs Correspondent for ABC News (aka Lauren Rogers), Loretta is the recipient of the prestigious DuPont Columbia Award for Excellence in Journalism, the Edward R. Murrow Award for Outstanding Reporting, and has been recognized by the National Academy for Television Arts and Sciences for her coverage of the September 11 attacks on our nation. 

Loretta holds a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from the School of Continuing Studies at Georgetown University. She is a Master Practitioner of the Team Diagnostic Survey, and formerly served on the board of directors for the Washington D.C. Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest ICF Chapter in the world. She also holds a master’s degree in American cultural history from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from Anderson University, Indiana.
