Kathi Scott

Kathi Scott is a senior associate in Cadmus’ strategy and transformation service area. Kathi is an accomplished, creative, and focused communications professional who provides communications strategy and execution support for large-scale IT and cybersecurity programs and technology adoption. Her goal is always to ensure stakeholders receive targeted and timely communications that exceed the program’s goals, increase user adoption, and improve the customer experience. She enjoys partnering with clients—whose missions and priorities vary greatly—to overcome the challenges they face every day and to move their organizations and people toward a common goal. 

Kathi has more than 30 years’ experience developing and executing a wide range of communications and engagement strategies for all areas of IT and HR including executive-level messaging, intranet management and crisis communication for private sector clients as well as federal government agencies. She skillfully works with stakeholders at all levels of the organization including C-level executives, project teams, contractors, vendors, and users to deliver compelling and innovative programs on-time and on-budget.
