Jennifer Feinleib

Jennifer Feinleib focuses on human resource (HR) and human capital initiatives aligned with Cadmus’ workforce expertise and growth strategy. She develops and implements talent management strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain top talent. With extensive experience in HR for commercial and public sectors, she played key roles in talent acquisition at Enviva, DAI, and AECOM International Development. Jennifer’s expertise includes upgrading candidate management systems, providing recruitment training, and supporting workforce planning. Prior to this, she worked with AOL in Israel and the United States, assisting in web property monetization, and in Jakarta, Indonesia, managing expatriate formalities for Ganesha Aggies Jaya. Jennifer holds certifications as a coach from Northern Virginia Community College and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
