Holly Plank

Holly Plank serves as vice president of operations for Cadmus’ Public Sector Division. In this capacity, Holly guides day-to-day business operations across a broad range of activities from hiring, onboarding, and the professional development of staff, implementing opportunities for employee engagement, ensuring effective project management and adherence to quality management processes, and budgeting and forecasting the financial performance of the division. Holly helps drive process improvements for the division, as well as across the firm.

Prior to joining Cadmus, Holly served in various roles ranging from analyst to Chief of Staff to Senior Controller at several DC-based professional services firms. Her prior experience includes oversight of project control, invoicing, and contracts functions; the design of new organizational structures; and the development of a career development framework, training, and education assistance programs. In addition to her operational roles, Holly spent the first ten years of her career in a client-facing role managing projects for the Department of Defense on issues ranging from military readiness to initiatives to enhance volunteerism.

Holly holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, and undergraduate degrees in political science and history from McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College).
