Erin Mateo

Erin Mateo has more than 20 years of experience in water quality and water policy issues specializing in regulated and emerging contaminant occurrence assessments, data management and quality assurance, and occurrence and exposure analytical support for regulatory determinations. She has extensive knowledge of federal and state drinking water regulations, and background research and protocols used to develop, evaluate, and revise regulations. Erin has provided national occurrence and exposure analyses and research in support of almost all current and proposed drinking water regulations, as well as evaluations of unregulated contaminants.

Erin is the Program Manager for the major support contract that Cadmus currently holds to support the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water’s Standards and Risk Management Division that focuses on a variety of rulemaking and program implementation projects under the Safe Drinking Water Act.
