Elise Logan leads Cadmus’ sustainability and resilience practice, which provides sustainability and resilience solutions to a diverse array of federal, state, and local government clients. Elise has nearly 15 years of experience working across multiple facets of the energy sector, including deep expertise in natural gas and electricity markets and their interdependencies. She focuses on planning and preparing energy markets and infrastructure for decarbonization, especially the challenges of meeting climate-driven targets while maintaining reliability and resilience.

Prior to joining Cadmus, Elise led energy research and analysis projects for federal clients at Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton. She began her career as an energy industry analyst with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, regulating wholesale electricity markets.

In 2023, Elise was recognized by Washington Executive as a Top ESG Execs to Watch. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Lee University.
