Danielle Germain
Principal
Danielle Germain is a principal at Cadmus and leads our account teams at the Department of Commerce, General Services Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, National Park Service, and Department of Education. She is an organizational change management subject matter expert, who uses her experience working on large-scale, organizational transformation initiatives to share best practices across Cadmus and to support our clients.
Danielle’s career spans more than two decades, and it has allowed her to lead teams in government, management consulting firms, nonprofits, and trade associations where she focuses on strategy, program management and operations. Danielle is highly effective at leading teams for peak results. She possesses superior organizational skills, places high value on customer service, and is an exceptional oral and written communicator.
Danielle holds a Masters in International Relations and Economics from The Johns Hopkins School of Advance International Studies (SAIS) and a BA in Politics from Mount Holyoke College. Danielle is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed Georgetown University’s Change Management Advanced Practitioners (CMAP) certification.
