Senior Associate

Camille Kajdrys has over 10 years of experience managing large-scale, multi-country projects for private and public sector clients. Her expertise spans climate finance, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, agriculture, agribusiness, and private sector development.

Currently, Camille focuses on climate finance and ESG initiatives, leading a program to develop a sustainable finance ecosystem in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). She advises regional regulators on advancing green and sustainable finance agendas across banking, insurance, and capital markets. As a grant consultant under Sierra Leone’s Compete Salone fund, she launched and delivered grant windows to support businesses in creating climate-resilient and innovative products.

Her extensive experience covers project design, operations, procurement, grant administration, and financial management. Camille has managed major programs such as the £20.4 million Private Enterprise Programme Zambia, the World Bank’s MarketConnect Zambia project, and the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office’s (FCDO’s) Vietnam National Trade Repository.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Mainz and a master’s degree in development finance from the University of Reading, complemented by training in sustainability and ESG from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and the Corporate Finance Institute. Before joining Cadmus, Camille worked in financial consulting, providing research and analysis of private sectors across Africa and Asia for institutional investors. She also spent time in Nigeria working with the Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung and managed a large-scale manufacturing project in China, focused on the emerging electric vehicle market.
