Allie Marshall
Principal
Allie Marshall has more than 16 years of experience leading evaluations for a wide range of programs including customer behavior change, electric vehicles, renewable energy pricing, and multifamily and residential assessments.
As senior associate in the Cadmus energy services practice, Allie leads portfolio-level evaluations, planning, and market research for utility clients across North America. Allie oversees program design for residential, nonresidential, and multisector portfolios, as well as providing ongoing assistance for a range of programs including renewable energy, light-duty electric vehicles, medium- and heavy-duty make-ready and managed charging, residential assessments, income-qualified offerings, existing multifamily, and new construction. She leads focus groups with contractors and utility customers, as well as stakeholder collaboratives with utility staff, public utility commission staff, and other interveners.
Allie holds a master’s degree in environmental policy and management from Denver University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Minnesota. In addition, she holds a certificate in alternative dispute resolution and is a trained mediator.
