Obsidian, A Cadmus Company, Will Support U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate Under New Contract
WALTHAM, Mass., January 24, 2017—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that Obsidian, A Cadmus Company (Obsidian) is part of a team that has been awarded a contract to provide planning, design, and program support to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Operational Experimentation program. As a subcontractor to WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc., Obsidian will be supporting S&T in coordinating the agency’s engagement in operational experiments across the federal interagency, as well as helping establish doctrine and methodologies for conducting S&T’s own field experiments.
