New Partnership with The George Washington University’s Environmental and Energy Management Institute

Cadmus and EEMI’s work and mission align through shared programmatic involvement on environmental and energy challenges.
EEMI is focused on the advancement of human knowledge applicable to pragmatic, implementable, non-regulatory, next generation self-governance solutions based on national and international standards for environmental, energy, and sustainability management. The institute also conducts state-of-the-art research, promotes graduate and professional education, and undertakes service activities that are important to the application and implementation of national and international standards for the management of environmental, energy, and sustainability challenges facing organizations and communities throughout the nation and the world.
Through this partnership, Cadmus and EEMI will collaborate to help identify program and project work in which their skills and expertise align while leveraging combined resources to tackle challenging environmental and energy-related issues. Additionally, Cadmus will support EEMI events and foster connections with new and developing talent.

The George Washington University’s Environmental and Energy Management Institute (EEMI) was chartered as a university-wide institute in 2015 to advance human knowledge applicable to pragmatic, implementable, non-regulatory, next generation self-governance solutions primarily focused on national and international standards for environmental, energy, and sustainability management.
Housed within the School of Engineering and Applied Science, EEMI is interdisciplinary and includes the active participation of GW faculty from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, Columbian College of Arts and Sciences, Milken Institute School of Public Health, School of Law, and the College of Professional Studies.
