Farrah Andersen has been named as a Top 50 Women Leaders in Business Consulting & Services of 2023 by Women We Admire

Farrah Andersen, principal at Cadmus, has been named one of Women We Admire’s Top 50 Women Leaders in Business Consulting for 2023. Andersen leads the Sustainability and Energy team at Cadmus, directing project teams that design solutions to address climate change and social inequity. She is recognized by clients and peers as an expert in climate equity, resilience, and finance, as well as a dedicated staff mentor. As a trained facilitator and certified mediator, she leads stakeholder and community engagements on behalf of her clients to help embed diverse voices in decision-making. Her clients are largely state and local governments, including NYSERDA and the D.C. Department of Energy and Environment.
