Cadmus, a trusted partner of Millenium Challenge Corporate (MCC), extends its technical assistance and advisory services to Compact and Threshold programs globally. Engaged actively with the MCC in countries like Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Indonesia, Kenya, Kosovo, Malawi, Mozambique, Nepal, Senegal, Solomon Islands, Tunisia, and Zambia, Cadmus offers comprehensive, evidence-based support throughout the development process. Recognizing that economic growth does not automatically lead to poverty reduction and improved outcomes for disadvantaged groups, these programs target infrastructure investments such as electrical grids and road rehabilitation to reach the communities that need them the most.

Cadmus’ expertise shines in supporting MCC’s Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI) team, focusing on integrating gender and social inclusion into transport and energy-related Compacts and Threshold programs. Our support helps to ensure that women, youth, and marginalized groups benefit from MCC’s energy and transportation investments.
