Developing the US Mint’s IT Strategic Roadmap

When the CIO needed a long-term strategic roadmap to define the processes and behaviors necessary for successful delivery of IT services to the agency, it turned to our team for program management and process improvement expertise.

Our team led a detailed analysis of the IT project portfolio, prioritizing over 90 projects and operations initiatives, mapping them against the U.S. Mint’s strategies and IT priorities. We developed and implemented a project management framework to help IT teams effectively plan and deliver their projects. Our program governance and reporting processes helped IT to holistically manage and govern the project portfolio, track progress, elevate risks and provide visibility to stakeholders across the organization.
