Patricia Hertzler

Patricia’s deep expertise in regulatory, economic, and statistical analyses and evaluations helps clients achieve extraordinary results. She has supported major drinking water, clean water, and climate change programs for more than two decades. Currently, she works on cutting-edge programs aimed at building reliance in the water sector and integrating safe water, clean water, and climate change goals, integrating innovative thinking with proven scientific methods.

Patricia holds a master’s in economics from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree with a double major from The College of William and Mary. She is a member of the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Research Foundation.
