RFP: Human Resources (HR) Support Services in Jordan

Request for Proposal

Nathan, a Cadmus Company (Nathan) is a subcontractor to EnCompass LLC under the U.S. Agency for International Development-funded Makanati Women’s Economic Empowerment and Leadership Activity in Jordan. Nathan is seeking technical and price proposals from eligible HR firms to support USAID Makanati’s implementation of HR-related activities and contribute to the development, enhancement, and implementation of initiatives, programs, policies, procedures policies that enhance women’s participation, and access to leadership positions (leading to more gender inclusive workspaces), in addition to practices that foster a diverse and inclusive work environment within partner private and public sector stakeholders.

Questions regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) are due in electronic copy by 16 November 2023. Proposals are due in electronic copy only by 30 November 2023.
