Laurie Chidlow
Senior Associate
Laurie Chidlow is a change management expert with more than 20 years of experience working in the federal government sector. As a leader in Cadmus’ strategy and transformation service area, she oversees work within the Technology Transformation Services (TTS) at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
For over two decades, Laurie has worked with large information technology (IT) companies and more than 10 federal agencies leading both large and small change initiatives. She has assessed federal IT organizations, reengineered government processes, led IT portfolios, and implemented new IT systems across the United States and in the United Kingdom. Laurie has expertise in strategy, planning, organizational change management, communications and engagement, program and project management, and accessibility and inclusion. She works hand-in-hand with federal agency executives to establish strategic and tactical goals, develop roadmaps and action plans, measure performance, deliver on missions, and proudly share their successes.
Laurie holds an MBA with a concentration in organization management from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary. She has a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Mary Washington and holds a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
