Kendra Hartmann

Kendra Hartmann is a senior level business and information technology consultant with over 25 years of experience working with commercial companies, nonprofit organizations, and government clients. Her experience spans a wide range of activities from program management and executive reporting to strategic communications. Her client work at Cadmus involves stakeholder engagement, identifying and implementing employee engagement programs, process development and improvement, program governance, portfolio management, and facilitation of strategic leadership meetings. Kendra’s collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex processes and problems has made her a trusted advisor to scores of federal executives over the years.   

For the past decade, Kendra has leveraged her technical knowledge to support communications and engagement, technology adoption, enterprise optimization and DevOps culture change within information technology (IT) departments of federal clients.  

Kendra began her career as a software developer in the information technology industry. She worked for many years as a product manager conducting business analysis, developing system requirements, and managing customer relationships. Kendra holds a bachelor’s in computer science from Shippensburg University.
