Matt Wisnefske, Ph.D.

Dr. Matt Wisnefske has over a decade of experience leading evaluations in a broad range of areas, including demand response, cost effectiveness, impact evaluation, and net-to-gross analysis for residential, commercial, and industrial programs. As a senior specialist at Cadmus, Matt has led portfolio-level evaluations for clients across North America, addressing a wide variety of energy efficiency and demand response program designs. As the leader of Cadmus’ demand response evaluations, Dr. Wisnefske is responsible for keeping the firm at the leading edge of this rapidly growing and transforming resource.  He also provides ongoing support for clients in the development of new program designs and pilots.

Dr. Wisnefske holds a doctorate in political science and American government from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
