Cadmus Expands, Reorganizes Executive Leadership Team

Shephard Takes on New Role; Huxley Joins Firm as Chief Marketing Officer

WALTHAM, Mass., November 4, 2021—One key member of the Cadmus executive leadership team has taken on a new role within the organization and a new executive has rejoined the firm. These developments are part of a comprehensive drive within Cadmus to meet the rapidly growing organization’s expanding needs.

Cindy Shephard, who served as Cadmus’ chief operating officer from 2013 to present, has taken on the role of chief financial officer, where she will be overseeing the firm’s financial operations. In her tenure as COO, Shephard provided exceptional leadership across a wide range of initiatives that enhanced Cadmus’ operational excellence, including supporting critical certifications like the firm’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and ISO 27000 certification.

Helle Huxley returned to Cadmus in the role of chief marketing officer, where she will be leading the firm’s initiatives of its enhanced service portfolio in new and current markets. Huxley previously served with Cadmus in this capacity from 2017-2019.
